Rick went way beyond "the call of duty". He made himself available whenever needed, and made every effort to keep in touch with us as properties came on the market. and had excellent strategy and negotiation skills. His warm and friendly manner, as well as optimistic energy, gave us further confidence in working with him. All this paid off for us when we ended up finding a home we totally love. My husband and I could not have had a more positive experience! Cristine took the time to get to know us and our wants and needs in our first home. She met with us many times to show us as many options as we wanted to see, which in turn helped us to determine what was realistic for our lifestyle and budget. She then stuck by us for the entire 11 month process of getting into a new build. She was always prompt in answering our endless, detailed questions about the home buying process and was always able to quell the many frustrations that came up along the way. Can you have the seller's agent measure the laundry closet to see if our preferred washer/dryer will fit? Done!
